Baby's first picture

Today we had our first doctor appointment for the new baby. I am 9 weeks at this point and have been feeling pretty good. I have been very tired but luckily no morning sickness. I haven't had any issues with food limitations either. I remember with Aidan, I couldn't even look at salad or broccoli! So far, I love oranges and have been having at least one daily! I guess there are worse things to crave! When I was pregnant with Carson, I craved McD's quarter pounders! So I am doing much better with this pregnancy so far.
At our appointment, we had an ultrasound and got to see the baby. We were both surprised to see the baby was not the blob we expected to see but yet it had arms and legs moving all around already. The heartbeat was 185bpm, which either hints it may be a girl or shows how excited/nervous I was about this doctor's appointment! They had to take my blood pressure twice since it was a little high the first time.
So far, the baby looks healthy and is progressing as it should. Can't wait to hear the heartbeat at the next appointment in a couple of weeks!
